This position is being advertised as either a Human Resources Supervisor 1 or 2 depending on the level of experience of the hired applicant.
Under the general supervision of the Director, the HR incumbent will lead the HR Operations team and provide daily support to Human Resources by performing a variety of complex personnel reviews, position administration, and data validation functions. Act as the lead reviewer and approver of personnel transactions in the UC Path system. Promote, in all ways consistent with the other responsibilities of the position, Accomplishment of the Affirmative Action goals established by the Division.
This position is a career appointment that is 100% fixed.
Pay Scale:
- HR Supv 1 $61,800/yr. to $85,900/yr.
- HR Supv 2 $84,100/yr. to $120,800/yr.
This position will promote, in all ways consistent with the other responsibilities of the position, accomplishment of the Affirmative Action goals established by the Division.
