This role is responsible for functions such as analyzing, monitoring, preparing and reconciling financial information to reflect the financial condition of the organization and provide financial and other statistical data to control operations; May also involve preparation of financial reports to meet internal and external reporting requirements; May include activities relating to developing, implementing and monitoring accounting systems, policies and procedures. Incumbent receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals; Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization; Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of multiple factors, including an understanding of current business trends; Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions; and Provides guidance to subordinates and colleagues to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
This position is a career appointment that is 100% fixed.
Davis: $84,100/yr. - $120,800/yr.
Oakland: $91,800/yr. - $131,800/yr.
